l'Opinel c'est plus "rustique" que le LAGUIOLE je trouve. Personnellement j'ai des Opinel et des LAGUIOLE... mais les OPINEL de base je n'aime pas du tout !!!

Joli forme, judicieusement affinée aux deux bouts. Mais l'Opinel inox, c'est pas ma génération. J'attends l'Opinel damas pour quitter la lame au carbone...

le damas pour moi signifie haut de gamme. j'imaginais un OPINEL "classique" avec une lame damas et ça ne me disait rien du tout. En revanche avec un manche plus "noble" le damas c'est OK, cf les créations d'opiwan...

finalement le damas n'est pas trop ma tasse de thé mais vraiment les opinel de base j'ai du mal... le manche en hêtre coloré en orange... bof bof.
en revanche des éditions avec beaux bois d'arbres me plaisent plus
